We will perform repairs for the same problem (ie. either RROD or DVD) during the warranty period, free of charge. Any repairs outside of the warranty period will be performed at the customers request for a $25 non-refundable charge.

 Placing the console in a tight, unventilated space is a sure way to shorten the lifespan of the Xbox 360 due to overheating issues. Make sure you give your 360 "room to breath". It is standard policy that we install a 12v fan mod on all RROD repairs, which will give you TWICE the cooling that the stock fan configuration gives. This service is provided at no extra charge. We also see quite a few consoles which are "caked" with dust build-up, blocking the airflow through the console. An occasional blast of compressed air through the sides and aimed towards the rear of the console (fan) will help to reduce this build-up and allow your Xbox 360 to properly cool itself.

Most iPhone repairs can be completed within 1 hour. iPod Touch repairs are given lower priority, but can be expedited to same day repair when requested.

First, DO NOT try to power the device on or plug it into the PC or wall adapter. Place it in a ziploc bag full of dry rice, or silica dessicant (the little bags that say "do not eat" that are used in packing). You should leave it like this for at least 3 days. A battery replacement is a must after water damage. After that, we can determine whether the device can be restored to full functionality. If it cannot be fixed, there is no charge.

We're sorry, but we do not service the iPhone 2G. In our opinion, repair for that device is not a cost effective solution.
